We are a privately owned company founded in 2009. Our lead buyer and co-owner recently left his previous company because he wanted to offer customers better grading and higher prices. He was limited with previous company and began NorthEastern Core Recyclers with his current partner.
Together they set certain standards for the company and customers. We purchased two (2) de-canning machines and began a relationship with the Nations #1 PGM Refiner. This will make Northeastern the "last stop" before actual refining, therefore allowing us to pay higher prices per piece at a much better grading system.
We also off the highest prices per piece for Scrap Auto Parts - Rims and non-ferrous metals such as Copper and Aluminum. Only a handful of companies in the U.S. can offer $5 each for Starters and/or Alternators. Most Metal buyers purchase these items per lb as "electric motors" or "#1 Steel" which means the average pay-out is from $.80 to $2.00 for other companies.
We keep it Honest & straight forward! We refuse to offer unrealistic prices for Large GM or Large Foreign Catalytic Converters, only to lower the rest of the prices at different grades. Our price list is consistent throughout! To prove this.. allow us to price your load before you sell to your current buyer. Then allow them to do the same! 95% of the time, there will be a MUCH HIGHER overall return with our company! GUARANTEED!
How we process
Catalytic Converters
- We utilize the McIntyre Cat Shear from JMC Recycling Systems.
- All Cats are graded and seperated for processing
- They are then "sheared open" to remove materials from outer shell
- Material is then placed in shiiping containers and sent to our refiner.
- Shells are shredded and sold for metal.
